How ICONS authenticates
ICONS authenticates by witnessing the signing rather than judging it after the fact. It runs official, exclusive signing sessions with players, holding licences with the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup and clubs including FC Barcelona, Manchester City and Chelsea, so items are autographed in person at events ICONS controls. Each item is issued a Certificate of Authenticity recording the date and location of the signing, and where possible the session is photographed. What you receive and how to verify it
