Happy to Help Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Walkouts.com - where your satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right.

Easy Returns

Got second thoughts? No worries! You have a full 14 days from the date you receive an item to decide if you want to return it. Just make sure the item is in its original, unused condition and that you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

The only thing we ask you to do is to cover for the shipment costs.

Received a Damaged Item? Let's Fix That!

If your package arrives looking less than perfect:

  • Snap some photos of the package before you open it.
  • If you find the item inside is damaged too, take pictures and let us know within 24 hours of opening it.
  • We’ll refund the entire cost, including shipping fees, for these damaged items. It's the least we can do!

Other Returns

Changed your mind? Picked the wrong color or size? No problem at all! If the return is for reasons other than damage, you'll just need to cover the shipping cost back to us. Remember, the item should be in its original condition. If you’re due a refund, we’ll deduct the cost of return shipping from it. Also be sure to use DHL to send the package back to us and have it properly insured with any valuable shipment.

Quick and Easy Refunds

Once we get your item back, we’ll check it out and let you know that we’ve received it. We’ll then promptly inform you about the status of your refund.

If everything looks good, we’ll refund your purchase using your original payment method. If there have been any damages or wear which causes the item to lose value, we'll contact you about this as it may impact the value of the refund. You'll see the amount back in your account typically within a few days, depending on your card issuer.
