Hello, awesome collectors! Ready to add some treasures to your collection? Great! Here's how we make sure your new finds from Walkouts.com make it to your doorstep safely and smoothly.

Where We Ship

We're based in lovely Wormer, The Netherlands, but our collectibles love to travel! We ship to many places around the globe but that may require you to contact us when you want it shipped outside of The Netherlands. Not sure if we ship to you? Drop us an email at info@remaid.com, and we’ll let you know!

Shipping Times and Costs

  • Processing Time: We usually take about 3-5 business days to get your order ready. Collecting’s an art, and we’re careful packers!
  • Delivery Times: Depending on where you are, it might take a bit for your collectible to arrive. We'll provide an estimated delivery time at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: We calculate shipping costs at checkout. They depend on your location and the size of your treasure.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order’s on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number. Keep an eye on your precious cargo as it journeys to you!

Packaging

Your collectibles are precious. We pack them with the care they deserve to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Customs and Import Taxes

Shopping from outside the Netherlands? Your order might be subject to customs fees and import taxes. These are out of our hands and vary by country, so please check your local regulations.

Delays

Sometimes, unexpected delays happen due to weather, customs, or postal service issues. We’ll keep you updated, but we appreciate your patience if things take a bit longer.

Damaged Items

Oh no! If your collectible arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours at info@remaid.com. We’ll sort it out. Check out our Refund Policy for more details.
