Ready to add some treasures to your collection? This Shipping Policy explains how your new finds from Walkouts.com make it to your doorstep safely and smoothly.

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law or the law of your country of residence.

Where we ship

We are based in Wormer, The Netherlands, and our collectibles love to travel. We ship to many countries around the world. If your country is available at checkout, you can place your order directly.

If your country is not listed, or if you have a special shipping request, please email us at info@remaid.com and we will let you know what is possible. For some countries or remote regions, additional customs handling, shipping surcharges or restrictions may apply. In those cases, we will inform you before we confirm and ship your order.

Shipping times and processing

We carefully check, prepare and pack each collectible.

Processing time: We typically need 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order for shipment after your payment has been confirmed. During busy periods or for particularly complex orders, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we will let you know.

Delivery time: Delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier. An estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, because they depend on carriers and customs over which we have no direct control.

If we do not deliver within a reasonable time and you have given us an opportunity to remedy the delay where required by law, you may have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund, as explained in our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping costs and promotions

Unless we explicitly state otherwise on our website or during checkout, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of the package and the shipping method you choose.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping, for example above a certain order value or for specific countries or promotions. When such an offer applies, it will be clearly shown on the site or during checkout. If there is any difference between a general marketing slogan and the information at checkout, the information shown at checkout will apply to your order.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by your country’s authorities are not included in our shipping charges. These costs are your responsibility, as explained below.

Tracking your order

Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or tracking link, where available. You can use this to follow your package on its journey.

In some cases, tracking information may take a little time to update after shipment. If you are ever unsure about the status of your shipment, contact us and we will help.

Packaging

Your collectibles are precious and many of them are unique or very limited. We pack them with great care, using appropriate protective materials and sturdy boxes or envelopes, so that they arrive in the condition shown in the photos on our website.

If your items require special packaging, for example framed items or multiple shirts in one shipment, we will pack them in a way that best protects the items during transit.

Customs, import taxes and local charges

If you are ordering from outside the Netherlands, your package may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your local customs authorities or postal service. These charges are not set by us and we cannot influence or predict them.

You are responsible for paying any such customs or import charges. If you are unsure about the rules in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

If you refuse a shipment because you do not want to pay customs or import charges, we may receive the package back or it may be destroyed by the carrier or customs. In such cases, we will handle refunds in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions. Any costs charged to us for return shipping, storage or destruction may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by law.

Delays

Sometimes things happen that are outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs checks, strikes, weather conditions or other disruptions. In those situations, delivery may take longer than estimated.

We will do our best to keep you informed and to assist with tracking and carrier communication, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other third parties. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Damaged items and issues on arrival

If your collectible arrives damaged, or your package looks damaged or tampered with on delivery, please take clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the item itself, including any damage, as soon as possible and keep the packaging.

Please contact us within 24 hours at info@remaid.com with your order number and the photos. We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions. This may include a replacement, if available, or a refund, including the original shipping costs for items that were damaged in transit or not delivered in conformity with the contract.

Returning items to us

If you make use of your right of withdrawal or return an item for another reason, you are normally responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we have clearly agreed otherwise or the item was damaged, not as described or not authentic.

We strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable and, for high value items, insured shipping service and packing the item carefully in at least the same way it arrived. If the item is damaged or loses value because it was not packed properly, we may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect that loss of value, as explained in our Refund & Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Your legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days in the EU, and similar rights in the UK and some other countries, is described in detail in our Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Returns Policy. This Shipping Policy does not reduce those rights.

Orders via marketplaces

We also sell some items via third party marketplaces such as eBay. If you purchased an item through such a platform, the platform’s shipping, delivery and returns rules apply in addition to our own policies.

If there is any conflict between this Shipping Policy and mandatory consumer protection rules of a marketplace you used, for example minimum return standards for buyers, the more consumer friendly rule will apply to your order.
