It appears here as an AUTHENTICATOR because its certificate is the only authentication a Walkouts item from this source carries, but read it for what it is: a supplier guaranteeing its own supply, not a third party examining a signature after the fact. Walkouts holds three of its certificates, all on framed legend shirts, and every fact in this record comes from those documents rather than from any public source.
How Sports UK authenticates
The certificate makes one claim and makes it plainly: "This document is your assurance that the below enclosed item has been personally hand signed by the below person(s). That is normal for a small dealer and it is not evidence of anything wrong, but it does mean the certificate gives a collector no traceable entity to hold to the guarantee. Searched 2026-09-07 and found no website, no company number and no online certificate lookup. One open lead, recorded because it is strong and unconfirmed: a UK eBay BUSINESS seller trading as sports--uk, matching the certificate's email local part, sold a Diego Maradona Argentina 1986 World Cup signed shirt with a photo-proof certificate in June 2025, the same item class as one of the three Walkouts holds. That is either this company still trading or a reseller of its stock, and the two cannot be told apart from outside. Operational status therefore stays unknown rather than being upgraded on a name match.
