Amir Bouhamdi, PSV Winger and Signed Shirts | Walkouts

On 2 August 2026 Amir Bouhamdi started for PSV in the Johan Cruyff Shield against AZ Alkmaar at the Philips Stadion, wearing the number 37. It was his first match for the PSV first team. The afternoon went badly for PSV, who lost 0-4, and he was replaced after 63 minutes. It was still the day an academy winger became a first-team player, and Walkouts follows his career from that match.

Bouhamdi was born on 17 June 2008 in Sittard, in the Netherlands. He came through the youth set-ups of BSV Limburgia, Roda (2015 to 2017) and PSV (2017 to 2025). On 28 May 2025 he signed his first professional contract with PSV and was promoted to Jong PSV, the club's reserve side in the Eerste Divisie.

Jong PSV is where his senior football began. In the 2025-26 season he made 10 league appearances in the Eerste Divisie and scored 1 goal. Alongside that he played in two youth competitions, making an appearance in the Premier League Cup and playing in the UEFA Youth League.

The Johan Cruyff Shield opened the 2026-27 season. By 13 September 2026 he had made 5 Eredivisie appearances for PSV without scoring, plus 2 more league matches for Jong PSV. He plays as a winger.

Born in the Netherlands and of Moroccan descent, Bouhamdi holds Dutch and Moroccan citizenship and has represented both countries at youth level. He won 2 caps for the Netherlands U18 side in 2025, and in March 2026 he was called up by Morocco U20 for a training camp. He has not yet played senior international football.

His first-team career is only weeks old, so this account stays within what the sources confirm. Walkouts carries a signed PSV shirt with his number 37 from the 2026-27 season, the season of his first-team debut.
