Beckett graded 7 of 10 on this Pau Cubarsí signed FC Barcelona 2023-24 shirt, independently verifiable through Beckett Authentication Services, making it one of the earliest authenticated signatures from the teenager who broke the UEFA Champions League knockout-phase debut record that same season. The signature sits on the back, on the number.
Pau Cubarsí's signed FC Barcelona shirt from the 2023-24 season, its value resting entirely on the authenticated signature of a defender who stepped into the Barcelona first team during one of the more closely watched arrivals in recent memory at the club.
Authentication and provenance
With certificate BU08841 from Beckett. Documented with a certificate of authenticity, a letter of authentication, and a grade of 7 out of 10. Walkouts proof code 24PCU20018202. Signed 3 September 2024.
For the collector
Pau Cubarsí broke two records in a single season while still seventeen: the youngest player to debut in the UEFA Champions League knockout phase, at 17 years and 50 days, surpassing David Alaba's record on 12 March 2024, and the youngest defender to represent Spain, at 17 years, 1 month, and 28 days, surpassing Sergio Ramos.
Owning his authenticated signature on a Barcelona shirt from 2023-24 ties you to the exact season those records fell, a centre-back playing at the highest level while the football world was still catching up to what it was seeing.
What you receive
Your purchase includes the signed shirt, photo proof of signing, a certificate of authenticity, and a letter of authentication.
Why Walkouts
Beckett Authentication Services verified the signature through forensic analysis and issued a hologram certificate of authenticity, each tied to a proof code the collector can look up independently on Beckett's public online database.
That check belongs to the collector, not to Walkouts: the result comes back from the source, not from a claim made in a product listing.
A signed Pau Cubarsí Barcelona shirt from 2023-24 is an anchor to the season when his story was still being written, and the surest way to hold that moment is to verify it yourself using the proof code before anything else.
