PSV's 1987-88 away kit in white, number 4
Koeman's signature sits beside the number 4 on the back of this PSV shirt, carrying the Philips sponsor the club wore from 1982 to 2016. The all-white change strip was fielded for the 1988 European Cup final, distinct from the blue change strip used in the competition's earlier rounds that same season. The shirt retains its original tags and is in excellent condition.

1987-88 season at PSV
PSV's 1987-88 season ended in Stuttgart on 25 May 1988, with the club goalless after extra time against Benfica before winning 6-5 on penalties, its only European Cup. That result completed a treble with the Eredivisie title and the KNVB Cup, the three trophies the club collected that season.
Dutch Footballer of the Year
Koeman was Dutch Footballer of the Year in 1987 and again in 1988, either side of his 1987-88 season at PSV. He scored over 250 goals across his career as a defender and sweeper, and decades later managed Barcelona to the 2020-21 Copa del Rey. His signature here, backed by a photograph taken as he signed it, gives a collector a direct connection to that player.
