FC Utrecht 1-2 PSV Eindhoven: the Eredivisie
PSV Eindhoven won 2-1 away at FC Utrecht at Stadion Galgenwaard on 21 December 2025, an Eredivisie fixture, with Fernandez on the pitch for the closing stages, including Schouten's 88th-minute red card. This was only his second senior PSV appearance, coming just five days after his first-team debut for the club, that same December, early in his PSV career.
PSV Eindhoven's 2025-26 away kit, number 31
Puma made this PSV Eindhoven away shirt for the 2025-26 season in navy, red and white. Fabricks' own record lists the item as worn and signed, in excellent condition, with Fernandez coming on for Perisic in the 85th minute and playing to the final whistle, after Utrecht had led through van der Hoorn before Pepi and Perisic turned the match around for PSV.
Authentication by Fabricks
Fabricks authenticated this shirt, and the issuer's own record labels it worn and signed, documented with a certificate of authenticity and an NFC verification tag embedded in the shirt itself. A collector taps a smartphone to the chip to open the digital certificate directly, with the item, athlete and event attached, so the proof can never be separated from the shirt it certifies.
2025-26 Season at PSV Eindhoven
Fernandez scored three goals for Belgium at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup before making his full PSV debut in the KNVB Cup against GVVV on 16 December 2025, the youngest PSV player to record a goal or assist on a full debut since Memphis Depay. This shirt is a period original from that same stretch of Fernandez's career, his 2025-26 breakthrough season with PSV in the Eredivisie.
